About me

Hi! I'm Didi! I offer gymnastic strength training, hand balancing, mobility, and pre- and post-partum coaching through online group classes, online and in-person 1:1 sessions, and individualised programs. I also create practical digital resources, such as the free “Clean Up Your Bridge” to help you improve your backbend strength, as well as flexibility routines you can practice from everywhere at any time.

Individual Program Pricing
One phase (6 weeks of training) with single goal (training handstands only for example) - 120€
One phase with multiple goals (handstand and squats for example) - 180€
Committing to 3 phases (18 weeks of coaching) gives you 10% discount
Each phase includes a detailed written program based on your goal(s) and weekly feedback from me.
1:1 Online/ In person coaching
Train with me from anywhere in the world through fully personalised one-on-one sessions focused on your goals, technique, and progress. Every session is tailored to you and your goals.
Prices for online sessions:
30 min — 15€
60 min — 25€
Prices for 1:1 in person sessions
60 min - 30€
Is this coaching right for me?
My coaching is designed for people who want to build real strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies—regardless of background. It’s suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners, including those returning after a break or working toward specific goals such as pull-ups, L- or V-sits, splits, backbridges, or handbalancing. Training is always adapted to the individual.
